Every Mother Bear product is made by me, from beginning to end, right here in my cozy kitchen. There’s no big manufacturing facility, no production line, and no handing my recipes off to someone else.

I do it all.

From formulating and creating each recipe to measuring ingredients, making each batch, designing my labels, filling jars, packaging orders, photographing products, and getting them ready to make their way to you—I’m the person behind every part of it.

And honestly? I wouldn't have it any other way. 🐻

I make products in small batches so I can personally pay attention to every batch I create. I take the time to formulate, test, tweak, create, and continually improve my recipes rather than mass-producing hundreds of products at once.

Every jar, tin, tube, and package passes through my hands.

🧡 It All Started With a Mama Bear

Mother Bear Skincare began in 2018 when my daughter was struggling with severe dry skin related to psoriasis and eczema.

The products we were using weren't working for her, and some seemed to make things even worse. So, like any determined mama, I started looking for another way.

I went back to the basics and began formulating my own recipes from scratch in my kitchen.

I researched ingredients.
I experimented with formulations.
I made mistakes.
I adjusted recipes.
I tried again.

And eventually, those early kitchen experiments became the foundation of Mother Bear Skincare.

What started as a mama trying to help her daughter became a small business built around my love of handcrafting, creating, and making things differently.

One of my favorite things about owning a small business is knowing that I get to be involved in every stage.

I choose and source my ingredients. 🌿
I formulate my recipes. 🥣
I make my products. 🧴
I design my labels. 🎨
I fill and package everything. 📦

I prepare your orders. 🛍️

I really do it all.

And while doing everything myself can definitely be a lot of work, it also means I get to put my heart into every product that leaves my little shop.

That's what small business means to me.
